Two new Sashas: Elise and Samantha

Two new customized Sashas, Elise and Samantha, are now on Ebay in my Etsy shop.  (Click on their names to go to their listings and see more images.)

Elise is the dark-haired girl with blue/purple eyes. She has kind of a wistful look, as her eyes are somewhat side-glancing and she seems to be gazing off into the distance. (Note: I have moved her over to Ebay for more exposure.)

Samantha is the blonde with hazel eyes. Originally a platinum blonde, her hair has been dyed to more of a caramel color.

New Sasha Dolls in Progress

Here are three Sasha dolls with all of their face paint removed before I started working on them. The one with very pale hair - it looks white in this photo! - will probably have her hair dyed red. Stay tuned for a link to my Etsy shop when they're done!

Magazine Feature & New Sasha on her Way....

I'm pleased to announce that my custom Sashas have been featured in the June 2012 Sasha Secrets magazine out of Great Britain!

Some of my dolls are featured in this summer issue, and they have said that they would like to feature more in their autumn issue! Here is the link to Sasha Secrets UK website: www.sashasecrets.co.uk

I am also working on a new custom Sasha doll, and thought I would share an image of her with her original paint removed and before her new paint was applied. She's a lovely brunette who will soon have a new personality!  I'll post new images when she's ready.

Florence: new custom Sasha on Etsy!

It's been some time since I've been in the doll world, but I wanted to let everyone know that I have a new customized Sasha doll available on Etsy!

Formerly a blonde, she's had her hair dyed shades of red and auburn and her eyes delicately painted green. She wears a cotton dress printed with tiny brown flowers.

For comparison, here's a photo of Florence together with an original blonde Sasha, factory painted with templates.

Let me know if you have any questions!
